Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order for free within 12 hours of placing it. To cancel, please contact us at support@chillaxtee.com with your order details.

Return Policy

You can return products within 14 days of receiving them under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.

Refunds Only:

  • We offer refunds only, no exchanges or store credits.

Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • All items, including customized products, are returnable.

Refund Policy

Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Refund Timelines:

  • UPI: Refunds will be credited within 2 days.
  • Debit/Credit Card: Refunds will be processed within 3 days.
  • COD Orders: Customers need to provide their UPI ID or bank details via email, and the refund will be processed within 3 days.
