1. Account Creation and User Responsibility

  • Automatic Account Creation: When you place an order, an account is automatically created using the details provided during checkout. This account allows you to manage future orders, access your order history, and update your information.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.
  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information during account registration and at checkout. ChillaxTee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information.

2. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment Methods

  • Inclusive Pricing: All prices displayed on www.chillaxtee.com are inclusive of applicable taxes. We strive to ensure that prices are accurate; however, errors may occur.
  • Price Changes: ChillaxTee reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price at the time of your order will apply to that transaction.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including:
    • UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
    • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
    • E-wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.)
    • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Failed Transactions: If a payment method fails or if your payment is reversed by your payment provider, we reserve the right to cancel your order. You will be responsible for any amounts not paid.

3. Product Availability and Orders

  • Stock Availability: While we do our best to ensure product availability, certain products may be unavailable or out of stock. If a product is unavailable after you place an order, we will inform you immediately and issue a full refund.
  • Pre-orders and Backorders: Currently, we do not offer pre-orders or backorders. All products listed on the site are available for immediate purchase.
  • Order Acceptance: ChillaxTee reserves the right to accept or reject any order. If your order is canceled, we will notify you and refund any payments made.
  • Order Modifications: Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placing them by contacting our support team. After this window, modifications may not be possible.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.
  • Shipping Partners: We partner with trusted courier services such as Bluedart, DTDC, and other major logistics providers to ensure timely and secure delivery.
  • Delivery Timeframes:
    • Metro Cities in India: 3 days after dispatch
    • Other Cities in India: 5 days after dispatch
    • International Shipping: Available with additional shipping charges based on the destination. Delivery times vary depending on the country.
  • Shipping Fees:
    • Prepaid Orders (India): Free shipping
    • COD Orders (India): Rs. 49 shipping charge applies
    • International Orders: Shipping fees vary depending on the location.
  • Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Return Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns: Customers may request returns within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return:
    • The product must be unused.
    • All original tags must remain attached.
    • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The product should be shipped back to the address provided by our support team.
  • Non-Returnable Products: All products sold by ChillaxTee are eligible for returns.

Refund Policy

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
    • UPI Refunds: Credited within 2 business days
    • Debit/Credit Card Refunds: Credited within 3 business days
    • COD Orders: Customers must provide UPI ID or bank account details via email, and refunds will be processed within 3 business days after receiving the details.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellation: You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us at support@chillaxtee.com. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content available on ChillaxTee, including text, designs, logos, images, and other material, is the exclusive intellectual property of ChillaxTee. It is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
  • Unauthorized Use: Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of ChillaxTee's intellectual property is strictly prohibited. Violation of these terms may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Use of Website and Products: ChillaxTee is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our website, products, or services. This includes, but is not limited to, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or data loss.
  • Maximum Liability: ChillaxTee’s liability, whether in contract, tort, or any other form, is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product(s) in question.

  • Third-Party Services: We use third-party services for payment processing (Cashfree) and shipping (Bluedart, DTDC). We do not share your data with third parties for marketing or analytics purposes.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • Legal Compliance: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi for the resolution of any disputes or claims arising from the use of this website or services.
